TouchAmerica's Warranty

Money-Back Guarantee and Returns
If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it within
30 days for a complete refund (excluding freight), after contacting TouchAmerica for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for purchases made directly from TouchAmerica. Orders placed through distributors are subject to the distributor's return policy. Products must be in new condition and returned in suitable packing material to qualify for a refund. A 15% restocking fee may
be charged for any returned item. Customers are responsible for freight expenses associated with returning products to TouchAmerica.
Warranties:
All warranties apply to the original owner only for the time period specified for each product. Instructions for preventive maintenance are sent with each product. Any needed inspections and maintenance must be performed on a biannual basis. Failure to perform regular inspections and maintenance will void the warranty on the equipment. Labor warranty applies to USA customers only.
Standard Professional Treatment Tables:
Ten-year warranty on replacement parts for frame/structure and one year on labor*. Wood/veneer cabinetry is warranted for one year. Foot tubs and plumbing parts for Artesian or Golden Touch are warranted for one year. Mechanical/electrical parts, foam and vinyl carry a two-year warranty on materials. One-year warranty on labor for hydraulic leg motors. *Labor warranty for customers in USA only.
Olympus, Archipedigo, Harmony/Destiny, Portable Massage Tables, QuickLite Massage Chairs:
Olympus, Archipedigo and Harmony/Destiny have a five-year warranty on replacement parts forframe/structure and one year on labor.* Mechanical/electrical parts, foam and vinyl carry a two-year warranty on materials. One-year structural and plumbing warranty on Foot Bath for Harmony/Destiny and Archipedigo. Portable Massage Tables and QuickLite Massage Chairs carry a five-year warranty on replacement parts for frame/structure and two-year warranty on foam and vinyl.
Wet Tables, Vichy Shower, Masquerade, Breath Pedi-Lounge, Legato, S-Lounger:
Neptune/Aphrodite tables and Vichy Showers carry a two-year warranty on replacement parts for frame/structure and one year on labor. Breath Pedi-Lounges carry a one-year warranty on replacement parts for frame/structure. Masquerade, Legato and S-Lounger have two-year warranty on replacement parts for frame/structure. Mechanical/electrical parts, as well as foam and vinyl, carry a two-year warranty on materials, except batteries, which have a one-year warranty. Vichy Shower plumbing parts are warranted for two years on materials. Neptune Foam Pad is not warranted.
Furniture & Accessories:
Woodwork/veneer are warranted for one year. Accessories made by
TouchAmerica have a one-year warranty on parts. Accessories/components not manufactured by TA carry the original manufacturer’s warranty, which varies. Towel Cabis, Teak Trolleys, Pedicure Carts, Timbale, Concierge, MEDI-SPA Carts and PediStools/ProStools have a one-year parts warranty. One-year warranty on electrical parts for Concierge and Salt Walls.
Shipping for Warranty Replacements:
TouchAmerica will cover the cost of shipping products
replaced under warranty to customers in the contiguous USA only. International customers (as well as those in Alaska and Hawaii) must pay the freight costs for warranty replacement products. Customers are responsible for freight expenses associated with returning products.
Exclusions:
Normal wear-and-tear or damage caused by accident, misuse, improper maintenance, neglect, harsh operating environments (which includes tears in the upholstery and damage caused by harsh chemical-based cleaners) are not covered under this warranty. All warranties are limited to repair or replacement, at TouchAmerica's discretion, unless otherwise stated. *Labor warranties apply
to USA customers only.

TouchAmerica's Shipping Policy

Visible Freight Damage:
If the product within the packaging has been visibly damaged in shipment,
refuse to sign for the delivery, and insist that the shipment be returned to TouchAmerica. If only the packaging appears to be damaged, please note any visible damage to packing materials on the delivery receipt, and have the driver sign acknowledgment of same. If there is any doubt about possible damage, sign for the shipment as “Subject to Inspection." If you sign for the delivery without
this note or a specific description of damage, you are accepting the shipment in the condition in which it arrived, and no freight claim will be possible, even if damage is later found. Neither TouchAmerica nor the shipping company will accept responsibility for shipping damage reported after product is
installed.
Concealed Freight Damage:
Open all cartons as quickly as possible after delivery and verify quantity
and condition of all pieces ordered. If there is any concealed damage or shortage not noted at the time of delivery, notify TouchAmerica immediately. Please retain all packaging material until confident that all products arrived undamaged, and until all equipment is successfully installed.
Repair of Damaged Materials:
If damage occurs during shipping that is deemed to be the fault of
TouchAmerica, repairs will be made by TouchAmerica. TouchAmerica reserves the right to replace damaged products in a time frame that allows for remanufacturing and shipping of products or components. If the customer requests, the value of the replacement components, plus any required
field labor, can be credited to the customer, so that the customer can arrange to have such components replaced by a local vendor. TouchAmerica will not be responsible for excessive local replacement costs that exceed its costs to remake the product and replace it with its own repair service. TouchAmerica will not be responsible for paying for any customer-performed repairs that are made without specific authorization in writing by TouchAmerica.
