Shipping and Delivery

Houux offers FREE SHIPPING on many of the brands listed on our website, delivered within the contiguous of the United Kingdom. 

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, our goal is to ship your order out within the timeframe specified on the product page. If we foresee potential delays beyond this shipping window, we will reach out to you directly to inform you. If for some reason you have not received your shipment within a reasonable timeframe or have not heard from us, feel free to reach out at info@houux.com. 

The freight carrier will make attempts to contact you by your phone number on your order to schedule delivery. Please double check the phone number current. If they cannot reach you, or cannot arrange delivery, the item will have to be shipped back to us. 

If you wish to change the delivery address after the order has shipped, you must contact us directly as soon as possible. If you wish to change the address after the item is already in your area, the carrier may charge a fee. 

Houux is now also offering international shipping as well. If you do not live in the UK and would like a shipping quote, please contact us and we will prepare a custom quote for you. Please note that any additional import/export taxes and/or customs taxes will be at the expense of the customer. Houux is not responsible for any import/export taxes relating to international shipping and is not responsible for any customs taxes or any other form of tax for an international shipment. 

Processing time

Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are usually sent to our Manufacturing & Shipping team for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed and payment is received.

Shipping time

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Delivery orders usually arrive within 5-7 business days.
