JNH Lifestyles Policies


JNH Lifestyles warrants the saunas to be free of defects in material and workmanship.

JNH Lifestyles provides warranty on wood components against defective material and/or workmanship of cabinetry. Since the wood used in saunas has been kiln dried, a certain amount of expansion and contraction occurs in the wood within a sauna environment. This expansion may result in minor cracks, which is considered normal and not covered under warranty. Overtime the sauna wood may darken and/or change color tones. These color changes are considered normal aging and are not covered under the warranty.

This warranty extends only to the original retail purchaser of the sauna and terminates upon transfer of ownership. It does not extend to use or installation for commercial or institutional purpose.

The sauna must be installed within one year of purchased date. Freight charges to and from the customer are the responsibility of the customer. This includes freight charges for parts shipped to enable the services of your sauna. This warranty is void if the sauna has been altered, misused, or abused. Such instances shall include operation or maintenance of the sauna different from the published instructions. The warranty extends only to the manufacturing defects and does not cover any damages resulting from mishandling of the product by the owner.

JNH Lifestyles will not be responsible for labour incurred by its authorized service agents per pre-established takes in removing, inspecting and reinstalling the warranty parts. JNH Lifestyles will not cover any labor costs attributable to disassembly and reassembly of the unit. JNH Lifestyles will not be responsible for labor costs of the routine maintenance, adjustments or alterations to the calibration of the electrical devices.

Any parts claimed to be defective must be shipped freight prepaid, to JNH Lifestyles and the repaired or replaced product will be returned to the sender freight collect. When sent to JNH Lifestyles, the product must be accompanied by the sales receipt or other proof of purchase date, as well as the sender's name, mailing address (no PO BOX), daytime telephone number and any other information relating to the sender's claim. This warranty applies to products sold after Aug 01, 2018.

JNH Lifestyles and manufacturer shall not be liable for the loss of use of the sauna or other incidental or consequential damages. Under no circumstances shall JNH Lifestyles and manufacturer or any of its representatives be held liable for injury to any persons or damages to any properties.

Surface cracks are not considered defects in material or workmanship, as they are normal characteristics of all wood.

Shipping & Returns


All shipments are directly from our warehouse in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Will-Call is available Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

Free shipping and delivery applies for U.S. continental orders at the time of purchase. For delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and any international addresses, please speak to one of our Sales Associates for more information. We do not ship to US Territories, APO, FPO and PO Boxes. Orders received before 6:00 p.m. U.S. Pacific Time are generally shipped within 1-2 business days. Standard ground shipments typically arrive within 10 to 15 business days and Express ground shipments within 7 to 10 business days. Please allow for an extra 2-3 days processing time for all As-Is and Recovered units.

International ground shipments usually arrive in an additional 1-2 weeks, based on customs clearance requirements. Shipments to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs, duties and fees collected by the destination country ("Import Fees").

You may track your shipment's progress online using your order number on our website. Simply enter your tracking number on the "Order Status" page and you will see the location and estimated date of arrival of your order.

Please note that inside delivery is not available on any order. Residential delivery brings the freight truck to a curbside delivery location that does not have a loading dock or forklift on site. This does not include lift gate service. If inside delivery or lift gate service is required, there will be an additional fee. The amount of this fee varies by location and availability. Please ask your Sales Representative for more information.

Typically orders cannot be cancelled. Any cancellation to an order after the original sale date will automatically incur 20% restocking/cancellation fee plus any international shipping charges incurred. Please call ahead of time before canceling. If your order has been sent, you will be charged all of the freight costs. If for any reason, during the processing of your order, the unit you originally purchased goes out of stock, we will replace the unit with an item of equal or greater value. Stock status cannot be used as a reason for an order cancellation.

ATTENTION: Shipping damage must be noted at time of delivery and signature request. JNH Lifestyles must be notified of any damage to your sauna the same day of signing for and receiving your shipment. Failure to notify JNH Lifestyles within the established time frame will result in the owner taking full responsibility for cost of ALL REPLACEMENT PARTS, including shipping and handling fees. If you did not include insurance when placing your order, it is your responsibility to file a claim against carrier.

Returns Policy

Here at JNH Lifestyles, we offer a 30 day return policy, there are no catches. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition.

  • You have 30 days from reception of the product to return it.
  • All products being returned must be in new, undamaged, un-opened box condition due to the nature of our products. This includes any packaging with all manuals and other included items to quality for a refund or exchange. Any damages or signs of usage of the product will void this return policy and items will be charged in full.
  • We undertake to then exchange or reimburse you the price of all the products excluding both ways shipping cost.
  • Any return for a refund may be subject to a restocking fee of 10% to 20% at JNH Lifestyles 's sole discretion

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
